Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These terms cover hedgehood.app, docs.hedgehood.app and the other interfaces Hedgehood publishes (together, "the Interface"). By using the Interface you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
1. What the Interface is
The Interface is a website that reads public data from Robinhood Chain and helps you build transactions that your own wallet signs and submits. It is a way of looking at, and talking to, smart contracts that are already deployed and public.
We do not hold your keys, your tokens or your collateral at any point. We cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover anything for you. A transaction you sign is final when the chain includes it.
The contracts the Interface talks to — StockLend, the options market, the $HEDGE distributor, Uniswap pools, Pons — run whether or not this website exists. Taking the website down does not close your position or return your collateral; the contracts are what you deal with, and their public functions remain reachable without us.
2. What the Interface is not
- It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell, lend, borrow or hold anything. We are not your broker, adviser, agent or fiduciary.
- It is not a bank, exchange, custodian or broker-dealer, and using it does not open an account with anyone.
- It is not a promise of return. Where the Interface shows what was paid, it is reporting the past. Where it shows a rate, it is a rate, not a forecast.
3. Eligibility, and who may not use it
You may use the Interface only if you can lawfully do so where you are. You confirm that:
- you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are using the Interface for yourself;
- you are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where access to the underlying protocols or to tokenized equities is prohibited, and you are not evading such a restriction;
- you are not subject to sanctions administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations, and you are not acting for anyone who is;
- you will not use the Interface for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.
The tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain are securities issued in Jersey, and the venues that quote them do not offer those markets to traders in the United States. Nothing here is offered to any person to whom it may not lawfully be offered.
4. Risk
Everything reachable through the Interface can lose you money. Before you use any of it, read the documents that describe what you are taking on — two-price stock lending, how $HEDGE works, and the three prices — and in particular:
- Smart contracts can contain errors. The contracts here have been reviewed but not formally audited.
- Oracle feeds are 24/5 and freeze outside market hours; price and debt can move on stale information.
- A borrower can be liquidated or bought in; a lender can take a write-off when collateral is not enough.
- Token issuers can pause transfers, and a paused token stops every position that depends on it.
- $HEDGE is a memecoin and can go to zero.
- Tokens, positions and payouts can be worth less than what you put in, including nothing at all.
You are responsible for your own decisions, your wallet's security, and for checking any transaction before you sign it.
5. Third parties
The Interface depends on parties we do not control: Robinhood Chain and its RPC providers, the stock-token issuer, Chainlink price feeds, Uniswap pools, the Pons launchpad, Lighter, wallet software, WalletConnect, and Cloudflare. Their outages, changes, terms and decisions affect what you can do here, and we are not responsible for them.
Links out of the Interface are given for convenience and are not an endorsement.
6. Fees
The Interface itself charges nothing for looking. Protocols charge their own fees — a borrowing fee in StockLend, a trading tax on $HEDGE, the Pons launch fee, pool swap fees, network gas — and those are described in the documents and enforced by the contracts, not by this website.
7. No warranty
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, timely, complete or free of error, and figures shown may be delayed, incomplete or wrong — the chain is the source of truth.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hedgehood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or opportunity, arising out of your use of the Interface or of any protocol it points at — whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Your responsibility to us
You agree to hold Hedgehood harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Interface, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes, and stopping
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time, including these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new date at the top; continuing to use the Interface after that is acceptance. We may also stop serving anyone we reasonably believe is using the Interface unlawfully.
